Making outcomes and their connections visible

The Change Insight Platform supports Outcome Harvesting with AI-assisted analysis. It brings outcome statements together, suggests how they may be connected, and shows them as interactive outcome maps across time and location.

What the platform does

Structured outcome data

Each harvested outcome is captured with its description, significance and contribution, together with the actors involved, the type of change, and when and where it emerged.

AI-supported analysis

The platform compares outcomes and suggests possible relationships: precursors, parallel outcomes and shared pathways of change. These suggestions are prompts for reflection and sense-making, not conclusions.

Interactive outcome maps

Outcomes are arranged by time and location. Teams can explore the map, open any outcome or link for details, and discuss how change has unfolded.
